BotMart ("we", "our", or "us") is a WhatsApp automation platform operated in Nigeria. We are committed to protecting the personal information of our clients and their customers. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.
By registering for and using BotMart, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
- Account Information: Business name, email address, WhatsApp number, and encrypted password collected at registration.
- Meta / WhatsApp Credentials: Your Meta access token, Phone Number ID, and WABA ID — stored securely and used solely to operate your bot.
- Business Content: Auto-reply rules, product listings, message templates, business hours, and AI business descriptions.
- Contact Data: Phone numbers and names of your WhatsApp contacts who interact with your bot.
- Message Logs: Inbound and outbound WhatsApp messages processed through your bot for analytics and debugging.
- Payment Information: Transaction references, subscription plan, and payment amounts via Paystack. Card details are handled entirely by Paystack — we never see them.
- Usage Data: IP addresses, browser type, and activity logs for security and performance monitoring.

BotMart integrates with the WhatsApp Business API provided by Meta. By connecting your WhatsApp Business Account, you acknowledge that message data flows through Meta's infrastructure and is governed by Meta's Data Policy in addition to this policy.
Your access token grants BotMart permission to send and receive WhatsApp messages on your behalf. You can revoke this at any time by updating your Meta credentials or deactivating your account.

BotMart is a business tool intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has registered, contact us and we will promptly delete their account.
